A few months ago I began the search for a new car after having previously had my fingers burnt on the purchase of another car. I was sceptical and very wary of the time of the dealer I was choosing to buy a replacement car from. I spotted a beautiful example with low miles, top spec and having been very well looked after I was immediately drawn. However I was still sceptical and miz was great - he answered all queries I had sent all the information I asked for over and correspondence was quick. The car sounded great (it is!) so I quieted regarding a deposit and he said don’t worry but held it for me anyways as he knew I was travelling a fair distance to collect. I caught the train to the local station and even though it was delayed he waited too give me a lift too there showroom. The car was mint, everything in order as described. He allowed me to go on a test drive for as long as I wanted and let me get a proper feel for the car. I decide to in-fact go ahead and purchase, he was very patient and helpful whilst I sorted all my documents out. I’ve had the car 2 months now as I’m not quick to leave a review until I’ve properly used the car. It’s great and no regrets at all! Would definitely recommend this garage - professional outfit, great service!16/04/2026

Amazing, Mizan was super helpful, clear and honest. This was my first car purchase -great experience, even when one of the bulbs went after purchasing and wasn’t included in the warranty, I was sent a support video, direct links to the bulb replacement and costs were covered anyway. Treated myself to a new car from the guys here and they where absolutely lovely! Offered hot and cold drinks, the new unit is amazing, equipped with a pool table for friends/family to use while waiting. Car as described and super friendly and welcoming service. I had a great experience with Motion Motor Group! After sourcing the car I was looking for, a VW Golf, I easily booked a viewing the same day I enquired which was easy enough and was given clear directions on how to get there. When I arrived the car was waiting and had been valeted and was in very good condition. I was left to check the car on my own, the bodywork, under the bonnet, service records etc and also a test drive and all was in good order. Mizan was very professional and not pushy in anyway whatsoever. We agreed a deal on what was a very fair price on the car I was very happy with.
